Jared Evans, a distinguished alumnus and voting rights attorney '09, has been appointed Chief of Staff for Congressman Cleo Fields. In this role, he will oversee daily operations for both the Congressmanโ€™s Capitol Hill and district offices, while also acting as his primary political and policy advisor. Previously a Senior Policy Counsel at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Evans played a pivotal role in the landmark Robinson v. Landry voting rights case.
