GRAMBLING, La. — Lincoln Preparatory School is preparing to celebrate a major milestone this fall as the Panther Family marks the school’s 10-year anniversary with PREPCHELLA: The Decennial Celebration, a special Homecoming experience scheduled for October 5–9, 2026.
Presented by the Merit Administration, PREPCHELLA will transform Homecoming Week into a celebration of Lincoln Prep’s first decade—honoring the students, families, educators, alumni, supporters, traditions and memories that have helped shape the school since its establishment in 2016.
Ten Years. One Legacy. One Panther Family.
The 2026 celebration represents more than a traditional Homecoming. It is an opportunity for the entire Panther community to reflect on 10 years of growth, perseverance, achievement and Panther Pride while looking ahead to the school’s next chapter.
Throughout the week, Lincoln Prep plans to bring together current students and staff, alumni, former employees, families and community supporters for a series of activities designed to make the school’s 10th anniversary one to remember. The PREPCHELLA theme brings a festival-style energy to this year’s celebration, with the school embracing the excitement, color and atmosphere of a major homecoming experience.
Meet the 2026–2027 Royal Court
Adding to the excitement, Lincoln Preparatory School has announced members of its 2026–2027 Royal Court, elected by the student body.
Miss Lincoln Preparatory School is Zamiyah Page, joined by C’Terryca Glover, Miss Senior; Jamyah Graham, Miss Junior; Jelayah Hicks, Miss Sophomore; and Chloe Clemons, Miss Freshman. The Middle School Royal Court and Student Government Association will also represent the Panther Family. Alijah A. Wright will serve as SGA President, alongside Demarion Marray, Vice President, and Zyiah West, Secretary-Treasurer. Grade-level representatives and Little Miss honorees will represent grades five through eight.
Lincoln Prep’s youngest Panthers will also be part of the tradition, with Merica Benton, TyTiera Singleton, True Jackson, Somma Cain and Tyra Jones serving as Little Miss representatives for kindergarten through fourth grade. Together, these students will have a special place in a Homecoming year unlike any other in Lincoln Prep history.
As Lincoln Preparatory School enters its second decade, Homecoming 2026 will celebrate where the school has been while generating excitement about where the Panther Family is headed next.
